Mac Attack

Every so often (about 4-5 times a year I'd say) I feel a strong desire to enjoy the gourmet delight known as "McDonalds" (BK runs a CLOSE second in my book).
Also, I think it's a great opportunity to pay tribute to the thousands (well at least hundreds) of people that make their live's efforts to create the perfect fast-food yummy-2-the-tummy culinary delight!!! One of their newer offerings, the "angus", ahhhh. :)

And now, for a different type of Mac-Attack: Click Here. Funny IMO whether you like Macs, the computer, (I don't) or not :)
At least this video demonstrates well the f r u s t r a t i o n I think we ALL share from time to time - with computers!

In an effort to ensure that what you are seeing is what we are seeing, we include this gray scale step wedge. It is useful for approximately evaluating the brightness, contrast & colour of your monitor. All the grays should be neutral and there should be a nice smooth transition from 0% to 100%. Ideally you should see a separation of tone between 100% & 95%, for sure between 95% & 90%. If you don't see this separation your monitor is too dark and/or contrasty. Additionally, you should see separation of tone between 5% and 0%. If you don't see this separation, your monitor is too bright and/or contrasty. If you'd like, adjust your monitor until the gray step wedge appears as described. All the best & happy viewing, Kevin
